Agcad putting our clients needs first and fighting for their approval

Agcad Design have designed numerous homes for people with land in flood effected areas surrounding Maitland. This article relates to one of our clients who is a farmer and has farmed the land he wants to build his family homes on for over a decade. This application was lodged in November 2012 and we are fighting along side all of our clients who have applied for their homes  to be approved with Council. Whilst the Journalist of this article contacted Agcad Design, we referred them on to our client James Moir to enable the newspaper to do an article about the people behind the applications and the distress that this process has caused them.
